Shipment and Terms of payment

1. Payment options
- PayPal
- Prepayment by bank transfer for first order.
- Delivery on account for repeat customers.
- Delivery on account for institutions, (doctor's) offices ... generally from the first order. Please make a note in the comment field 'Purchase on account desired'.

2. Delivery
2.1. Delivery is effected by DHL Parcel Service. The parcel is insured and with shipment tracking.
2.2. Optionally, the dispatch of smaller shipments up to 800g as DHL 'Warenpost' - uninsured - but with shipment tracking. 
       This shipping method is only possible if none of the goods exceed a height of 5 cm.

3. Shipping costs
3.1. Shipping costs include VAT (if applicable). Costs for import to the country of destination as well as for the necessary
       formalities shall be borne by the buyer.
3.2. The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the goods.
