Terms and conditions
§1 Application in relation to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) Following terms and conditions apply to all supply between us and a consumer according to the valid version at the time of placing the order.A consumer is any legal entity which concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are neither commercial nor can it be attributed to the person’s independent professional activity (§ 13 German Civil Code).
§2 Conclusion of contract, saving the wording of the contract
(1) Following regulations regarding the conclusion of contract apply to orders via our internet shop https://www.sandspielfiguren.de.
(2) In case of a conclusion of contract, the contract shall come into effect with

(3) The presentation of goods in our internet shop do not represent a legally binding offer to enter into a contract on our part but are merely a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods. Upon placing an order for the required goods, the customer declares his binding offer on conclusion of a contract.
The acceptance of the offer shall be executed in writing or in text form or by dispatching the ordered merchandise within one week. Upon expiry of the deadline without effect, the offer shall be considered declined.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our internet shop, following regulations shall apply: The customer issues a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract by running through the website’s order procedure successfully.
Step by step to the order
1) Log-in after registration and after entering the registrant data (e.g. password and e-mail address).
2) Select desired good and confirm by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
3) Check data of the shopping cart and possibly edit cart.
4) Confirm by clicking the “Proceed to checkout” button.
5) Review respectively correct the appropriate data entered again.
6) Place your binding order by clicking on the “Send order” button.
After having checked his information and before sending the binding order, the customer can return to the internet site where his information is recorded by clicking on the “return”-button of his internet browser. There he can correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser. We immediately confirm receipt of the order by an automatically generated email (confirmation of receipt in which for new customers also our bank account is displayed). This confirmation, however, does not yet imply the acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer is made in written form, in text form or by delivering the ordered goods within one week.
(5) Saving the contractual text for orders placed through our internet shop: We save the contractual text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the terms and conditions at https://www.sandspielfiguren.de/agb. You can view your previous orders at our customer area under my account – my orders.
§3 Prices, shipping charges, payment, settlement date
(1) The prices quoted include the valid value added tax as to the law and further prize components. Packaging and shipping costs are charged in addition.
(2) The new customer may choose payment "in advance" or PayPal.
Regular customers or customers who order for institutions or their own practice also have the option of shipping "on account".
(3) If the customer chooses payment in advance, he is obliged to pay the purchase prize immediately upon conclusion of contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) All items offered by us are available for immediate delivery unless we clearly stated it otherwise in the product description. That means delivery shall be executed as quick as possible, but latest within 3 working days. In case of payment in advance, the time limit for delivery deadline starts on the day after payment order to the bank mandated with processing the transfer. For all other methods of payment that time limit starts on the day after conclusion of contract. If that period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery, deadline shall be on the next weekday.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and of accidental deterioration of the sold goods shall pass to the customer only after receipt of the goods, even in case of sales shipment.
§5 Reservation of title
We retain title to the goods until payment of the purchase price is made in full.
§6 Guarantee
The statutory guarantee regulations shall apply.
§7 Contractual language
The available contractual language is solely German.
